In early 2007, The Colton Appraisal Group became the Area Development Office (ADO) for Zaio Corporation in the Maryland counties of Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Charles, Calvert and St. Mary’s. Greg has acquired 10 zones through Zaio and is the specialized Zone Appraiser for the areas of Clinton, Fort Washington, Temple Hills, Suitland, Capitol Heights, District Heights, Forestville, Brandywine, Accokeek, Bryans Road, Waldorf and White Plains in Maryland.
